Plinth Rock, born from our own use – a direct replica of a piece of petrified wood that lives on our table, typically serving as a plinth for our fruit. Inspired by a friend’s suggestion during a dinner party, ‘Why don’t you make this? It’s perfect.’ With its intriguing and organic form, yet clearly made of plaster, this cast brings a nuanced touch of the natural in a contemporary way. And with its naturally flat and solid form - has proven ideal for displaying our fruit or small sculptures
