Refund policy

At Percival Dreams, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, we offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. If you need to start a return, please contact us at shop@percivaldreams.com. Kindly note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

After we review your return request, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that we require customers to request a return before sending back any items.

Damages or Order Issues

We ask that you please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you notice any defects, damages, or if you receive the wrong item. We will promptly evaluate the issue and work to make it right for you.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for another item or store credit, please contact us at shop@percivaldreams.com and provide us with the details of the exchange. We will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

Please note that exchanges are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that the item you wish to exchange for will be in stock. Additionally, any price differences between the exchanged items will be processed as either a refund or additional charge.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
