Lift It Up

After creating our Persimmons and More Fruit collections, we found ourselves exploring new ways to display them. Inspired by our extensive experimentation, we designed our own pedestals or plinths that perfectly complement the size and proportions of our fruit. Our "Plinth Cube" and "Plinth Star" are a contemporary display option, ideal for showcasing a single fruit or creating dimension between a few pieces. Our plinths offer a modern and minimal aesthetic, providing a stylish alternative to the traditional bowl.

We recommend placing one fruit on top of the plinth and leaning or angling the additional fruits against the side, allowing for a more organic and visually engaging composition.

The Traditional Bowl

For a classic and timeless look, display our plaster fruit the traditional way, in a bowl. Choose a bowl made from natural materials like wood, ceramic, or stone to showcase the fruit's organic forms and textures.

Using a single type of fruit can create a sense of simplicity and elegance, while a mix of different fruits can add more visual interest and evoke a sense of abundance. 

Use Odd Numbers

Styling with odd numbers significantly enhances visual appeal and creates a more natural and effortless look. The eye is naturally drawn to asymmetry and finds odd-numbered arrangements more pleasing and balanced.

When styling on a larger scale, the placement and grouping of objects become crucial in achieving a harmonious composition. Consider the flow of the arrangement and prevent the viewer's attention from fixating on a particular area. To maintain a smooth flow and avoid distractions, try incorporating elements at different heights or shapes near each other. This technique keeps the visual journey engaging and cohesive as a collection.

Play With Shape and Scale 

Our plaster fruit, cast from real fruit we selected for their exceptional form and proportions, can soften harsh lines and add a natural feeling to your space. Pair with plants, books, sculpture or things with different shapes and experiment with size and composition to create a visual flow that guides the eye from one object to the next.

On A Shelf

Whether you have a collection of books, knick-knacks, or plants, our plaster Persimmons and More Fruit can effortlessly add that extra touch of character to your shelf. Simply place them in front of books or nestle them in with plants for layer and depth. Experiment with grouping them in odd numbers or pairing them with other objects that have interesting shapes and textures.  As A Focal Point

For this, we recommend using multiple pieces of our fruit and placing them in a bowl or shallow tray. Place them in the vessel and opt for an organic and effortless arrangement, or explore a structured and intentional placement for a contemporary and polished display. To add depth and height, as well as provide some filler, our plinths can be used beneath the fruits. For a more relaxed and casual feel, consider incorporating books or another element underneath the vessel. Enhance the overall composition by juxtaposing the fruits with a plant or floral arrangement, complementing their organic forms and adding a touch of freshness.
